Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bata account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata box and secure them inside a shipping carton along with the original purchase receipt.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it to your nearest Bata retail store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
